What we collect
This site collects only what you choose to submit through the review form: your star rating, the name you enter, and your comment. Reviews are moderated before they're published, and published reviews show the name you entered. We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for security and performance.
Loan applications
The "Apply Now" button opens the secure application portal of Independence Home Loans LLC, operated by a third party. Information you provide there is governed by the Independence Home Loans privacy policy.
Removing a review
To change or remove your review, email rsinger@independencehl.com.
Third-party links
We link to sites such as VA.gov and NMLS Consumer Access. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
